We only work with not for profit organisations - we understand the challenges and issues faced by you and have tailored solutions ready for implementation in an ethos sensitive manner.

Resolve is a unique firm. Consulting services are available either as one off projects, or as a series of assignments over a longer term. We journey with you through periods of growth or changing needs.

DAVID BARTLETT FCA MEd
Partner
David has extensive practical experience in governance over his 30+ year career in the Not for Profit sector, having served and serving on the Boards of numerous Not for Profits in the schooling, christian media, aid and development, early childhood and mission sectors. Prior to establishing Resolve in 2004 David was the Business Manager and Company Secretary in a large Independent School for 13 years. Prior to this David worked at Ernst & Young.
PAUL CAMPEY FCA MBA

Paul serves on and has previously served on a number of local and international boards across a broad range of sectors including youth, tertiary, global and national schooling, church and christian media. Prior to establishing Resolve Paul was a Business Manager and Company Secretary in two large Independent Schools. Prior to this, Paul was an auditor for 7 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Paul is currently undertaking a PhD focussed on School Governance.
CRAIG HARVEY

Craig has over 20 years experience in the Schools and Not for Profit sectors. Prior to entering consulting with Resolve, Craig served in a senior management role with Multi-Campus Educational Not For Profit Organisation in Hong Kong. Craig has also worked in three other non-government / non-profit international school groups across Australia, ranging in size from new start-ups to established systems of over 3,000 students.
Craig has also enjoyed serving on boards/committees of several professional associations and NGOs with missions ranging from Christian education, sports, health, sustainability, and evangelism in both Australia and numerous developing countries.
MATTHEW FLETCHER

Senior Consultant
Matt has over 16 years experience in financial management of for-profit and not for profit organisations. Prior to entering consulting with Resolve, Matt served in the Finance team of Compassion Australia as the Financial Controller and was a member of the executive leadership team. He also participated in and then led Compassion International’s global finance function team for the 12-country global partner alliance.
Matt enjoys finding efficiencies and innovation in all aspects of the organisations that he works with, and this has also led him to volunteer with the Australian Reporting Awards to help other not for profit organisations improve their annual reports. Matt also serves as a volunteer Board member.
ANNA PHAN BA (Hons) GAICD
Senior Consultant
Anna has extensive recruitment, strategy, leadership and governance experience. She brings a specialist interest in Early Childhood organisational consulting, serving as Board Chair of the NFP peak body Christian Early Learning.
Anna serves on the board of BaptistCare NSW / ACT, including on the People & Culture and Care & Clinical Governance committees, and chairs the Governance and Nominations committee. Anna brings prior experience as a NFP CEO and a senior sales leader for global FMCG organisations.
DANIEL JUNOR CA BCom
Consultant
Daniel commenced his career in professional accounting firms before commencing with Resolve in 2022. Prior to working with Resolve, Daniel led the Xero rollout and development across an accounting firm, assisting in strategy development, implementation, team leadership, support and training of staff in navigating the digital environment. Daniel is regarded as a “go to guy” for solutions and finding a way through. Daniel is excited to be part of the Resolve team, looking to serve within a community and to meaningfully contribute to ever changing organisational client environments.
