Training and Workshops
To invest in growth is to invest in the future.
By investing in learning, organisations build consistency, reduce risk and support sustainable practice. Continued professional development ensures that governance and leadership decisions are well-informed and fit for purpose.
Our Training
Resolve provides governance, people and financial training for not-for-profit organisations, faith-based organisations and education providers across Australia. Our training services are designed to strengthen capability, support compliance, and equip boards and leaders to govern and lead effectively in complex environments.
We deliver practical, sector-specific training informed by real-world experience and current regulatory requirements. Training can be provided as stand-alone sessions or integrated into broader consulting engagements, ensuring learning is relevant, applied and aligned to organisational context and strategy.

Available Training
Resolve offers both NESA-accredited training and industry-specific training and workshops. Courses are typically delivered to groups within an organisation, either in person or online. Our preferred approach is facilitated group delivery, allowing training to be tailored, interactive and directly relevant to participants’ roles and responsibilities.
A limited number of NESA-accredited courses are available as self-paced online modules, providing flexibility for individuals requiring recognised professional learning hours.
Resolve's industry-specific training and workshops are bespoke by design. While grounded in proven governance, people and financial frameworks, each session is tailored to the organisation’s context, sector, maturity and challenges. This ensures training is relevant, practical and immediately applicable.
